I was originally diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knee and was recommended to start physical therapy. I’ve been coming to The Back Pain Center LLC since September. I was treated for many weeks when we realized something else was wrong. The Back Pain Center LLC recommended another orthopedist for a second opinion. This doctor told me my knee was in bad shape – not arthritis – but as a result from trauma sometime in my life. In December I had arthroscopic surgery to fix the tracking of my knee cap which resulted in the wearing away of my cartilage. I’m still in physical therapy to get my muscles stronger. I have my good and bad days, but with the help of the Back Pain Center LLC, I’m continuing to heal. The staff here are wonderful, heartfelt and caring. They all care about the patients. You are greeted with a warm welcoming smile from the receptionists. They genuinely care and do all they can to help you and to be comfortable. I will recommend the staff and The Back Pain Center LLC to anyone.

Imagine how scary it would be to have a sudden loss of strength in your hand and arm combined with a pins and needles sensation. Thank goodness all we have to do is go to WebMD and type in the symptoms to find out that you are not in fact having a heart attack or stroke and that it’s probably a pinched nerve!

Lucky for me there was no real pain involved, but I am a very active person and the idea of not being able to use even a nail clipper with my left hand was traumatizing.
I am happy to say that within a week of physical therapy and adjustments (3 times) the strength had returned to my arm and hand and the pins and needle sensation is gone.
